Damaged or incorrect shipments
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order email, photos of packaging where applicable, and a description of the issue so we can review promptly.
Payment matching
Please include your order email in the payment memo. If a payment cannot be matched, processing may be delayed until we can verify the sender and order details.
